Kathleen Volle, a respiratory therapist at St. Louise Regional Hospital, has been awarded the honor of inclusion into New York’s prestigious Metropolitan’s book of “Who’s Who in Respiratory Care.” Only individuals who have demonstrated outstanding leadership and/or achievement in their profession are selected to be recognized in this yearly book. As part of the awards package, in addition to a copy of the book, Kathleen has received a plaque and two round-trip plane tickets.
Kathleen has worked for the Daughter’s of Charity for almost 16 years, working first at O’Connor Hospital in San Jose for eight years before transferring to St. Louise. She has been practicing in her profession since 1985. Kathleen attended Rogue Community College in Grants Pass, Ore., where after receiving two scholarships. She graduated with honors from a two-year program in respiratory therapy. She later received her associate’s degree, graduating summa cum laude from De Anza College in Cupertino.

Montoya/Fiala
Monica Montoya and Kevin Fiala were married Jan. 5, 2008 at the Vizcaya Pavilion in Sacramento.
Monica is the daughter of Mike and Joan Montoya of Morgan Hill. She is a 1993 graduate of Live Oak High School.
Kevin is the son of Dennis and Margaret Fiala of Morgan Hill. He is a 1995 graduate of Live Oak High School. The newlyweds currently reside in Sacramento.
