One of the most important things to remember hitting the ball from a side-hill lie is balance.

When the ball is positioned below your feet, you need to flex your knees more and use a more upright swing.

The ball will tend to slice from this lie. As a result, you need to allow for a slightly higher shot and less roll.

When the ball is above your feet, your swing will be flatter (like a baseball swing), and the ball will tend to hook and roll more.

Once again, you need to adjust your direction. Also, when the ball is above your feet, you will benefit if you choke down on the grip so you don’t hit behind the ball.
