San Benito Street in downtown Hollister will be closed part of Tuesday for National Night Out.
The National Night Out gatherings are happening in communities throughout the nation as an annual way for public safety professionals to interact with residents.
The event in Hollister, run by the police department, will mean San Benito Street is closed from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday between Fifth and Seventh streets.
National Night Out is set for 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday.
