The San Juan Bautista Historical Society is inviting residents to join the group at Dona Esther's on June 13 when Aromas resident Alan Kemp will speak about the influence of water on the development of the Spanish El Camino Real (also known locally as the Anza Trail) in old Monterey-San Benito County and the selection of Mission San Juan Bautista’s site.
