Tres Pinos fire

A wildfire just northwest of Tres Pinos that started late Friday morning had burned about 300 acres as of mid-afternoon. That fire has been 100 percent contained, according to Calfire.

The fire was reported shortly before noon at an area near Highway 25 and Horizon Road, according to Calfire. It was about 60 percent contained as of 2:45 p.m. Friday.

A Calfire spokesman could not be reached immediately for additional details.
