Water floods the street during the March 3 main break.

A 12-inch water main broke around 1:15 p.m., flooding water all
over San Benito Street near the intersection of Vine Street. The
break was big enough to fill gutters halfway up the side of the
road about a block from the break and send water north all the way
until Haydon Street, where it was draining into the sewer on the
east side of the road.
