William “Bill” M. Duggan, III, passed away last Sunday, in Hollister, at the age of 63. He was born in San Jose and resided most of his life in Sunnyvale until moving to Hollister 10 years ago. Bill was owner and operator of Duggan Roofing in Mountain View. He was a former member of the Palo Alto Elks Lodge and also held his private and commercial pilot’s license. He is survived by his children, Jewel Piazza of Hollister and Will Duggan, IV of Los Angeles, and his mother, Betty Duggan of Gilroy. Brother of Elizabeth Caldwell of Santa Cruz, Mary Jane Coppel of Gilroy, Mark Duggan of Wyoming, Robert Duggan and the late Thomas Duggan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, June 3, 2008 at 5:00 P.M. in the chapel of GRUNNAGLE-AMENT-NELSON FUNERAL HOME, 870 San Benito St., Hollister. Arrangements have been made for cremation with private inurnment. Condolences may be sent to www.grunnagle.com
