Police: Father broke into home, kidnapped daughter

The man suspected of kidnapping his daughter has turned himself
in after seeing his picture on television, according to a police
report. The Hollister Police Department is investigating the
suspected kidnapping of a 4-year-old girl that occurred in the 1000
block of Del Rio Drive.
