At 12 a.m. on Thursday, authorities received a report of an
employee embezzling money from an employer on the 200 block of
Third Street. The employee was supposed to be depositing checks but
was stealing the money. All told, the employee stole several
thousand dollars.
CRIME REPORTS
Residential burglary, Terry Court
At 8 p.m. on Thursday, an unknown suspect stole construction tools from a residence on the 100 block of Terry Court. Authorities report that a drill, saw, tool bag and a framing square were stolen, totaling $550.
Vandalism over $400, Airline Highway
At 7 p.m. on Sunday, an unknown suspect damaged a truck in the parking lot of The 19th Hole on the 7000 block of Airline Highway. The suspect dented the passenger-side door causing $500 worth of damage.
Assault with a deadly weapon, Airline Highway
At 11:45 p.m. on Saturday, a fight broke out at The 19th Hole on the 7000 block of Airline Highway. The fight moved outside and the victim was knocked to the ground where three attackers started kicking him. No arrests were made.
Embezzlement, Third Street
