The meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the library of San Juan School, 100 Nyland Dr., San Juan Bautista.
The announcement Monday comes after the district learned at current spending pace it will be operating in the red at the end of this fiscal year.
County school district officials said last week they are dedicated to helping the Aromas-San Juan Unified School District out of its financial troubles.
School district officials were not immediately available for comment Monday evening.
