Criminal Sentencings

Luis Manuel Lezama, 27, of Hollister, was sentenced to five days in county jail, three months in a first-time offender DUI program, three years of probation and fined $1,890 for misdemeanor drunken driving.
Juan Reyes Vizcarra, 30, of Hollister, was sentenced to 31 days in county jail, 18 months in a second-time DUI program, three years of probation and fined $2,322 for misdemeanor drunken driving.
Cipriano Barrientos, 29, of Hollister, was sentenced to 25 days in county jail, two years of probation and fined $480 for misdemeanor battery on a person.
Brian Salinas, 28, of Hollister, was sentenced to 50 days in county jail, one year of a restricted license, three years of probation and fined $2,682 for misdemeanor drunken driving.
Robert Zieminski, 30, of Hollister, was sentenced to three years of Proposition 36 probation and fined $1,600 for felony possession of a controlled substance.
Emiliano Jesus Escoto, 27, of San Juan Bautista, was sentenced to three years of Proposition 36 probation and fined $1,600 for felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.
Sharlene Ann Stokes, 19, of Hollister, was sentenced to 30 days in county jail, three years of probation and fined $100 for misdemeanor burglary.
Selene Ayala, 19, of Hollister, was sentenced to 45 days in county jail, three years of probation and fined $100 for misdemeanor burglary and battery on a person.
Roldan Ramirez Jr., 42, of Hollister, was sentenced to 45 days in county jail, three years of probation, 18 months in a second-time offender DUI program, one year of a restricted license and fined $2,547 for misdemeanor drunken driving with a prior.
Nicole Quirida Baxter, 24, of Hollister, was sentenced to 60 days in county jail, three years of probation and fined $100 for misdemeanor burglary and battery on a person.
Kristopher John Ippolito, 18, of Hollister, was sentenced to 40 days in county jail, three years of probation and fined $100 for misdemeanor petty theft with a prior.
Civil Lawsuits
Bill Parker and Paris Parker filed a civil suit against Enrique Rosales Alvarez and California Rock Transportation, LLC., alleging motor vehicle property damage and personal injury, seeking more than $25,000.
