Hollister – Ranchers Feed and Rev. Ardyss Golden of Hollister United Methodist Church want to honor veterans of the Iraq war and their families, but they need to find those veterans first.
Rochelle Flosi, an administrative assistant at the church, said Ranchers Feed is working with Golden to create a special seating area at the San Benito County Rodeo on June 22 for veterans and their families. Unfortunately, they haven’t had much luck tracking people down, Flosi said, so now they’re trying to spread the word.
Flosi said any veterans or relatives who are interested in participating should contact her at 831-637-4240.
