San Benito County Judge Steven Sanders
Lucio Corona Barbosa, 52, of Hollister, was fined $480 for misdemeanor public intoxication.
Gaspar Sainz Jaime, 53, of Hollister, was fined $480 for misdemeanor public intoxication.
James Robert Morrison, 34, of Olivehurst, Calif., was fined $480 for misdemeanor public intoxication.
Victor Cabrera, 26, of Hollister, was sentenced to 80 hours of community service, three years of probation and fined $100 for misdemeanor violation of a court order to prevent domestic violence and trespassing.
Jerri Renee Weaver, 47, of Prunedale, was fined $480 for misdemeanor public intoxication.
Priscilla Levario, 25, of Hollister, was sentenced to 10 days in county jail, one year of probation and fined $450 for misdemeanor assault.
Vincent Manuel Sisneros, 19, of Tres Pinos, was sentenced to 20 days in county jail, three years of probation and fined $480 for misdemeanor receiving stolen property.
Frank Glen Stephenson III, 29, of Hollister, was sentenced to three years of Proposition 36 probation and fined $1,600 for felony drug possession.
Primitivo Ramirez Ramirez, 59, of Hollister, was sentenced to six years in state prison for lewd and lascivious acts with a child less than 14 years old.
Linda Christine Reyna, 37, of Hollister, was sentenced to 120 days in county jail, three years of probation and fined $480 for misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon.
Israel G. Gutierrez, 38, of Hollister, was sentenced to two years in state prison for felony drug possession.
Scott Norman McCalley, 57, of Vacaville, was sentenced to 15 days in county jail, three months in a first-time offender DUI program, three years of probation and fined $1,890 for misdemeanor drunken driving.
Nehemias Amaya, 23, of Hollister, was sentenced to 15 days in county jail, three months in a first-time offender DUI program, three years of probation, six months of a suspended license and fined $2,250 for misdemeanor drunken driving, flight from a traffic officer with disregard for safety and driving on a suspended license.
Cory Ann Orobuena, 44, of Hollister, was sentenced to 30 days in county jail, three years of probation and fined $480 for felony keeping a place to sell drugs.
Larry Marcus Castorena, 36, of Hollister, was sentenced to 45 days in county jail, two years of probation and fined $480 for misdemeanor resisting arrest and drug paraphernalia possession.
Civil Lawsuits
The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Hollister filed a civil suit against Adan Garcia, aka Adan Garcia Ochoa; Martha Garcia, aka Martha Rodriguez; Litton Loan Servicing LP; and Loanstar Mortgagee Services LLC; alleging breach of contract seeking more than $25,000.
Peter Lomanto filed a civil suit against Samiko’s Inc., alleging personal injury seeking more than $25,000.
