SBC Republicans: The San Benito County Republican Central Committee will meet Wednesday, Jan. 7 at 7 p.m. at the San Benito County Library, 470 Fifth St. Speakers will be the Republican Supervisorial candidates. Italian Night: The Italian Catholic Federation will hold its annual “Night in Italy” dinner dance Saturday, Jan. 31 at Sacred Heart Church’s O’Reilly Youth Center, Sixth and College streets.
Hors d’ oeuvres and no-host cocktails will be served from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. followed by dinner at 8 p.m. and dancing. The menu includes barbecued chicken, homemade ravioli, salad, wine and dessert. Proceeds benefit local charities.
