John Sarsfield has to clear his name. The first thing that needs
to happen is the District Attorney has to confirm or admit that
‘Sara Jones’ is not and never has been an employee of his office. I
believe he already knows the answer to this question. The next
thing is ‘Sara Jones’ has to be found or step forward and give us
his or her real name. Mr. Sarsfield then needs to forward a
criminal report to the Department of Justice requesting that ‘Sara
Jones’ be charged with the misdemeanor of signing a false name. He
or she then needs to be arrested and made an example. Only then
will I be convinced that Mr. Sarsfield had nothing to do with the
Sara Jones letter.

“I am an avid van driver. I applaud the jury who convicted Mr. Orabuena of misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter and not second-degree murder or felony vehicular manslaughter. If Orabuena had been convicted of those charges, he could have been sentenced to state prison for 25 years to life.

I have had motorcycle riders cut in front of me, make turns in front of me and almost hit my car door as I attempted to open it. The rider had to lay the bike down to avoid hitting my car.

I don’t carry old spark plugs to throw at motorcycles that cut me off. When it’s close, they get the message.

My prayers go out to the family of Joseph Judnick who was unintentionally killed by Mr. Orabuena when he turned in front of him. In all the noise concerning this case, people keep the wound open for both the family of Mr. Judnick and Mr. Orabuena. Why not let them have closure?”

“The fake out-of-town attorney with his/her fake support for Sarsfield was hilarious. Sounds to me like ‘Sara Jones’ got herself a law degree without improving or changing her writing style. For all of us who are not ‘out-of-town attorneys’ and live here, I pray to God that Sara Jones/Jon Sar is not John Sarsfield.

About the guy riding his motorcycle and throwing ‘old spark plugs’ at cars that cut him off, he’s a felon and needs to be locked-up and sent to anger management classes. Just the kind of guy DA Denny Wei and the Judnicks do not need supporting them.”

“I see that the woman is back sleeping in the Boutique de Lingerie window. She sure looks well rested. Wonder where she went? Maybe she was in Miami Beach? Or working for the City of Hollister?”

“Kill a man in front of his family at the community center: one year sentence.

Deal large quantities of drugs: two year sentence.

Elected official DUI: sentence probation.

Tie two firecrackers together: sentence 6 years: priceless

DA Justice.”

“If Sarsfield is now finished with his backlog, what about the sexual battery against a Red Cross volunteer committed by a Board member of the Red Cross that occurred back in September 2002 and is still sitting on Mr. Sarsfield’s desk? Was this case put below the fishing pole violations in his priority plan? Or is Mr. Sarsfield worried of the political repercussions?”
