Forecast: Rain possible again after weekend break

The National Weather Service is predicting a chance of rain for every day over the next week, with the exception of Saturday and Sunday when the area might get a weekend break.
The “powerful” storm in the forecast for Thursday hit Hollister all afternoon. Those showers are expected to continue Friday. After a weekend with both days forecast as “mostly sunny” by the weather service, another stretch of rain is expected for Hollister, according to the seven-day forecast.
