CrossFit offers guest days
HOLLISTER
– CrossFit Hollister is hosting Guest Days April 23 and 24, at
1803 Shelton Drive, off Fallon.

I would like to introduce our community to a fast growing health
and fitness program called CrossFit,

wrote owners Ely and Beth Albalos, in a press release.

After the holidays each year many people start trying to refocus
their efforts into improving their health and fitness. Often they
end up bored, unmotivated and ultimately, quit.

CrossFit includes small group classes, which include personal
training during each visit. During Guest Days, visitors can tour
the gym, learn about the program, participate in a raffle with
prizes and join in a workout, if desired.
CrossFit has 1,500 affiliated gyms worldwide and was started in
Santa Cruz.
