associate to its local offices, 30-year veteran real estate
professional Vincent Emma. In his new position, Emma will
specialize in residential sales in San Benito, Santa Clara and
Monterey counties.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has added a new broker associate to its local offices, 30-year veteran real estate professional Vincent Emma. In his new position, Emma will specialize in residential sales in San Benito, Santa Clara and Monterey counties.
Emma earned his real estate license in 1979 and obtained his broker’s license a few years later. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Emma owned his own brokerage, Vincent Emma Broker, for 10 years. Prior to that, he had worked for several Bay Area real-estate firms.
“We are thrilled to have Vince join our team,” said Cathy Brown, manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Hollister. “He has been involved with Bay Area real estate for many years and his buyers and sellers will benefit from his expertise.”
Emma served four years in the United States Air Force before attending college, and then worked for Hewlett Packard for 20 years. As a real-estate broker, Emma has taken numerous courses and seminars in the real estate field.
Emma and his wife, Ellen, have been married for 47 years. They have five children and nine grandchildren. Emma sings with the Sacred Heart Saint Benedict Church Choir and has sung in the San Jose Garden City Barbershop Chorus for many years.
