Discount store opens on Hawkins Street
Tom and Jimmy Chong decided to expand their discount store
business and opened a second site in downtown Hollister.
The Big Sale Store opened May 1 at 203 Hawkins Street, right
next to the 7-Eleven off of San Benito Street.

Tom and Jimmy Chong decided to expand their discount store business and opened a second site in downtown Hollister.
The Big Sale Store opened May 1 at 203 Hawkins Street, right next to the 7-Eleven off of San Benito Street.
They already also own BC 99 in Hollister, they noted.
The store features a lot of the normal items you might expect to see at a “99 cent” store like this one.
The owners described the items as “everyday household needs” and said the supplies can be purchased for “a dollar, more or less.”
Big Sale Store is open seven days a week, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Mondays through Saturdays and 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sundays.
