Hollister City Council members this week approved fee increases for the city recreation programs, largely in an effort to fund aging equipment.

Council members approved the staff request to increase a variety of recreation fees.

The following is a list of the increases for youth programs:

– Football: $58 to $64

– Basketball: $63 to $69

– Soccer: $66 to $71

– T-ball: $53 to $59

– Softball: $53 to $59

– Wrestling: $64 to $69

– Volleyball: $62 to $68

– Aquatics: $59 to $65

– JR lifeguard: $85 to $91

The following is a list of increases for adult programs:

– Winter basketball: $620 to $630

– Spring softball: $585 to $595

– Summer basketball: $545 to $565
