The Brewers ten-runned North County 14-3 on Monday and play tonight in Gonzales in the other semifinal game.

Daniel Arevalo went 3-for-3 with a three-run home run for the Brent Redmond Transportation Brewers. Tim Christensen was 2-for-3 with two doubles.

Oscar Ramirez was 2-for-2 with two doubles and a walk, and Isaac Ramos went 2-for-2 with a double. Ricky Lenoire had a clutch base hit with two out and two on in the second inning.

Jeff Jones started and threw three innings with six strikeouts. And Eddie Orozco closed it out.

The Yankees blanked the Gonzales Dodgers 12-0 Tuesday in four innings. The Dodgers had an 18-0 record in the regular season.

Darren Gillies, Trevor Fabian and Kyle Vallejo pitched for the Yankees.

The Yankees used the wind to their benefit to hit three home runs. Vallejo, Will Cross and Nick Macadaeg all went deep.

Vallejo also had a double in the game.

The Cardinals defeated King City 5-2 Tuesday behind a complete-game pitching performance from Cooper Sepulveda, who struck out 13 batters.

Sepulveda had two doubles, Trevor Raisbeck had a triple and Dominic Lujan drove in three runs.

King City scored their two runs in the first inning, but the Cardinals came back with three in the fourth and two in the sixth inning.
