David worked for the City of Hollister for 18 years; David could do anything he chose to do, putting his mind to it. David always had a passion in his heart to help people so he chose to become a Paramedic and to later become an instructor for the American Heart Association.
David is survived by his parents; James and Barbara Perales, his loving wife Renee Perales and his children; Cindy Perales, Stephany Perales, David Perales Jr., Jason Perales, Matthew Figone, and Jeremy Figone. His three grand-children Junior (Chop) Rodriquez, Tarynn Cecena and Paxton Perales.  David enjoyed being outdoors, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, and loved his motorcycle. You could catch a glimpse of Dave on his motorcycle on a beautiful day embracing the freedom of being born to ride! He had a love for his German shepherd dogs, loved them like children.
David attended Calvary Baptist church in Hollister, CA. A church his mother grew up in and his grandparents attended from the beginning.
David believed in Jesus Christ as his Savior and now is at peace, surround by the love of God.
“Love is stronger than death even though it can’t stop death from happening, but no matter how hard death tries it can’t separate people from love. It can’t take away our memories either; in the end life is stronger than death.”
