Ed Leal, “Cowboy,” of Tres Pinos died Saturday, Feb. 21, 2004.
He was the son of the late Frank and Mae Leal; father of Miranda Gearhart and David Leal; brother of Marilin Schneider; grandfather of five and dearest friend of Helen Riddle.
Cowboy was a veteran of Korea from 1951-1955, a member of the N.R.A. and Morgan Hill Historical Society.
The interment will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice House, 100 Barnet Segal Rd., Monterey, Calif., 93940.
Arrangements are by Habing Family Funeral Home in Gilroy.
