Bautista.
The San Benito County Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau on Friday held an official ribbon cutting and open house for its new Visitors Bureau site in San Juan Bautista.

The event took place from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Visitors Bureau location, at the Galeria Tonantzin, 115 Third St., in San Juan. The new bureau will be open noon to 5 p.m. on Fridays through Sundays.

From the location, the chamber provides information on many area attractions throughout San Benito County such as the wine trail, Pinnacles National Monument, Hollister Hills, and an array of other places and tours.

Along with the new site for tourism promotion, the chamber also recently changed its official name to the San Benito County Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau. For information, call (831) 637-5315.
