On Feb. 28, the Flips Booster Club and USA Sports hosted their
second annual Cartwheel-A-Thon and open house. Recreational,
pre-team and team girls participated in the event.

On Feb. 28, the Flips Booster Club and USA Sports hosted their second annual Cartwheel-A-Thon and open house. Recreational, pre-team and team girls participated in the event.
The participants performed cartwheels and did as many cartwheels as they could in two five-minute sessions. The winners with the most cartwheels were Colette Yamaoka who completed 498; Sara Dike with 341 and Simone Yamaoka with 304. The winners received a $25 gift certificate to Premiere Cinemas.
The event also featured fitness stations, an obstacle course, a cartwheel and fitness station.
