Who is likely to use the site: People who want a little help with New Year’s resolutions to lose weight or eat healthier for 2008. It is also helpful for fitness buffs that want to track how many calories they are burning during workouts.

Pros: The site has an option that is free that allows users to track their meals easily. While there are many food-tracking sites on the web, this one has some cool features. It allows users to enter in the foods they’ve consumed and it not only adds up the calories but automatically tracks fat, carbohydrates and other nutritional values such as sodium intake.

One person who recently started using it said she found she was staying under her calorie allotment, but was going over on her fat and sodium intake.

The site also lets users to log exercise and it automatically adjusts the daily calorie allowed. As users continue with the site, they can log their weight loss or gain. For these extra features, users must pay $29.95 for their first six months.
