Hollister resident Helen Guerrero died Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2003. She was 52.
Mrs. Guerrero had lived in Hollister since 1994. She worked as a caregiver at Northside Convalescent Hospital and at South Valley Carehomes in Gilroy.
She is survived by her husband, Joe Guerrero of Hollister; her children, Rosemary Brooks of Morgan Hill, Eddie Brooks of Newman and and John Brooks of Hollister; her sisters and brother, Carol Johnson of Hollister, Roberta Supnet of Gilroy and David Shoemaker of Parma, Idaho; two grandchildren and eight nieces and nephews.
Private services have been held. Mrs. Guerrero was buried next to her mother, June Bodeen, at Hills Ferry Cemetery in Newman.
