Baler girls’ soccer team heads to CCS
After picking up a 3-0 win over Salinas at home last Friday
night to finish the regular season with a record of 11-5-3, the San
Benito High School girls soccer team was rewarded by earning a trip
to the Central Coast Section playoffs. The Balers finished in
second place this season in the Tri County Athletic League behind
Gilroy High School. On Wednesday, the No. 11 seeded Balers faced
No. 6 seed Woodside in the opening round of the playoffs.
