The Hollister Police Department stands by the investigation by the officers and investigators involved in this case. We have motivated, altruistic, fully-qualified law enforcement professionals, I am proud to serve with all of them, just as they are proud to serve the City of Hollister. Any and all actionable leads were acted upon in a timely manner. Eight different local, state and federal agencies also assisted in this case. This is still an ongoing active investigation and it would be inappropriate for me to comment any further or clarify information to reveal any more details at this time.
