The Hollister United Girls U12 Class 1 Select team opened its fall 2008 soccer season with back-to-back shutout wins. The first win was a 1-0 victory over the Central Valley Explosion. In that game, Hollister’s Alexandria Osborn scored the game-winning goal. The win marked the first time ever that Hollister beat the Explosion.
Hollister then followed up that impressive win with a 2-0 victory over the Sunnyvale Roadrunners. In that contest Jahkya Turiello and Alexandria Reckas scored Hollister’s goals.
