The Hollister Planning Commission will meet Thursday, at 6 p.m., at City Hall, 375 Fifth St. The commissioners are set to hold a public hearing on Site and Architectural application No. 2013-1 and conditional use permit 2013-1 filed by C&M Automotive, Inc.
The business owners are requesting approval for the construction of a 15,000-square-foot industrial building, a 6,250-square-foot mechanic shop and office building, and a free-standing monument sign on a 5.9 acre parcel within the industrial business park zoning district at 1980 Airway Drive.
