Meeting Preview: San Juan council to discuss 5-year capital plan

San Juan Bautista City Council members this week are scheduled to discuss the city’s capital plan.

The council is set to hold a special meeting at 6 p.m. Wednesday at San Juan Bautista City Hall, 311 Second St.
