San Juan Bautista City Council members this week are scheduled to discuss the city’s capital plan.

The council is set to hold a special meeting at 6 p.m. Wednesday at San Juan Bautista City Hall, 311 Second St.

The special meeting agenda includes the discussion item for the city’s five-year capital plan.
