'Nana's Naughty Knickers'

‘Nana’s Naughty Knickers” by Katherine DiSavino is Limelight Actors Theater’s 19th show since Kevin Heath and Alan Obata’s inception of dinner type theatre three years ago. This is a place to have fun and enjoy a bit of relaxing time with the comedies presented. “Nana’s Naughty Knickers” is no exception. With an enjoyable, dedicated cast and an interesting set, you can’t go wrong.
The set for this production is the creative design of Heath and almost steals the show. The detail for Nana’s apartment is spot on and really comes across as a believable abode for the over-the-top grandma.
A delightful Joanne Engelhard as Sylvia Charles (Nana), a pleasing Katie DeSantis as Bridget and an amusing Barbara Bottini as Vera bring this fun play together with a lot of laughs and giggles. Their timing is well done and comes across with the idea that they are having as much fun as the audience.
So bring or order dinner and a bottle of your favorite wine—keep in mind there is a $10 corkage fee for each bottle of wine brought and imbibed. (The fee is donated back to support the Center for the Arts.) There is also a concession that has wine and drinks available.

Dinner can also be ordered from the Milias Restaurant from the “Limelight Theater To Go Menu.” Order by noon the day of the show and dinner will be delivered to the theatre at 7 p.m. To order call (408) 337-5100.
