Cold Storage CrossFit, located at 320 Hillcrest Road, Ste. 104, will host a grand opening March 5. Residents are invited to tour the gym, learn about the program, participate in a raffle for prizes and join in a workout.

“I would like to introduce our community to a fast-growing health and fitness program called CrossFit,” said Owner Chrisit Turner, in a press release. “Often people end up bored, unmotivated and ultimately quit their fitness program. With CrossFit, you look forward to your workouts and dread missing them.”

Cold Storage CrossFit holds small group classes for members, with a program already planned out for them when they arrive. They work with a trainer who helps motivate them during the program.

“We are so excited to watch our members grow to love CrossFit as much as we do,” Turner said.

The new location is owned by Christi and Steve Turner, one of more than 2,000 affiliated CrossFit locations worldwide.
