Middle schoolers get a taste of college life

In June, 19 San Benito girls who will start as freshman in the fall got their first look at what the future can hold for them when they attended a summer camp at California State University, Monterey Bay.

Updated: Dispensary owner seeks voter approval of medical marijuana

The owner of a medical marijuana dispensary that has been operating on Highway 25 in San Benito County has plans to circulate countywide initiatives in regards to the legalization and taxation of medical marijuana, to potentially appear on a statewide ballot in June 2014.

Hollister police officers are investigating a recent stabbing in Hollister, according to a statement from police.
