The San Benito County Local Transportation Authority board of directors are reviewing options for increasing fares for county express bus service and the medical shopping assistance program. On Feb. 21, they opened the public comment period on the two potential plans.

I am often asked to help clients prepare the bylaws for their corporation after they have filed the articles of incorporation, obtained an employer identification number and opened the bank account.
