commitment to assist people in need in the community.

Paint the Town Red Project

was launched in 2004 and funded with proceeds from selling
cookbooks. Realtors and Affiliate organizations contributed
recipes, had the book published and sold copies to make money for
the project.

Jenovera Rivera suffered through a harsh winter when her furnace went out in December of 2004. She was forced to move in with her son. Pauline Valdivia from the Senior Center told the local Realtors Association about her circumstances. The “Paint the Town Red” project money was used to purchase a new furnace for Ms. Riviera. McFarland Air provided the furnace “at cost” and volunteered to install the furnace.
