WEAPON AT SCHOOL:

A 16-year-old Hollister boy was arrested by Hollister police for carrying a 5-inch lock-blade knife in his pocket, a misdemeanor, at San Andreas School at 12:35pm on Tuesday, police said. A teacher saw the knife in the student’s pocket and called officers, police said.

DRUG USE:

Mark Delgado, 28, of 930 Peach Ct. in Hollister, was arrested in the 900 block of Peach Court for being under the influence of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and violation of parole, a felony, at 2:55pm on Tuesday, police said. Officers were called to the residence after Delgado allegedly threatened his family members with a stun gun, police said.

POSSESSION OF STOLEN PROPERTY:

A 15-year-old Hollister male and a 16-year-old Hollister male were arrested by Hollister police for possession of stolen property in the area of Victory and Liberty drives after they allegedly ransacked several unlocked vehicles around 11:13pm on Tuesday, police said. The teens were found with miscellaneous items such as check books, CDs, earrings, a CD player and a flashlight, police said.

All those named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
