DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE:
Chester Togliatti, 39, of 901 Leslie St. in Hollister, was arrested by Hollister police for driving under the influence, a misdemeanor, during a traffic stop on Hillcrest Road at 1:18am on Monday, police said.
John Sanchez, 46, of 220 Cowden Rd. in Hollister, was arrested by Hollister police for driving under the influence, a misdemeanor, during a traffic stop at San Benito and Hawkins streets at 12:50am on Saturday, police said.
Jose Luis Sylva, 24, a transient, was arrested by Hollister police for driving under the influence, a misdemeanor, during a traffic stop in the 100 block of Fourth Street at 7:57pm on Friday, police said.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE:
Audelio Ruiz, 41, of 1000 Central Ave. in Hollister, was arrested by Hollister police for domestic violence, a felony, after he allegedly punched a woman in the face several times on Sunday, police said.
DRUGS FOR SALE:
Addison Dolby, 18, of 1110 Line St. in Hollister, was arrested by Hollister police in the 1000 block of Line Street at 2:20pm on Sunday for possession of marijuana for sale, a felony, after he was pulled over for not wearing a seat belt and police found 40.25 grams of marijuana, 300 plastic baggies and cash in the car, police said.
DRUG POSSESSION:
Carmen Michael Gabriele, 28, of Salinas, was arrested by Hollister police at Fourth and San Benito streets at 5:50pm on Saturday for possession of a controlled substance, a felony, after police found 5.02 grams of a hard crystal substance in his possession, police said.
All those named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
