DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE:
Irene Casillas Sosa, 40, of 5050 Union Rd. in Hollister, was arrested by Hollister police for driving under the influence of drugs, a misdemeanor, in the 500 block of Tres Piños Road at 12:44pm on Monday, police said.
BATTERY:
A 12-year-old male juvenile was arrested by Hollister police in the 800 block of Marne Drive at 5:30pm on Monday for misdemeanor battery after he pushed his sister, causing no injuries, police said. Police were contacted by the juvenile’s parents, police said.
All those named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
