Authorities are searching for a Hollister teenager in connection with the shooting of a 22-year-old man Wednesday on Western Court.
David Bossi Del Real, 19, is charged on suspicion of shooting the man in the stomach during an altercation, the Hollister Police Department reported.
Officers arrested his older brother, Martin Del Real, 22, in connection with the shooting shortly after the suspected crime happened.
Both Del Real brothers have been charged with attempted murder. Martin Del Real, who is being held at the San Benito County Jail, will be arraigned at 2 p.m. today.
Police reported that David Bossi Del Real has friends and relatives in the Hollister and Los Banos areas. He is considered armed and dangerous, the department said.
