Rita Nicholson passed away at her Santa Rosa home on Wednesday, September 1, 2004. She was 64 years old.
A native of Glendale, she was a long-time Hollister resident. She enjoyed golf, photography, travel, bird watching and being a member of numerous artists’ groups. Rita was a homemaker and a bookkeeper for the family business. She was also an accomplished artist preferring to paint nature scenes and animals.
She is the dearly beloved mother of Nikki Krecklow of Oklahoma City, Okla., Marci Beisecker and her husband Brian, of Santa Rosa; adored grandmother of Matthew Beisecker; dear sister of Lawrence Nicholson of Hollister; and dear aunt of Kurt Nicholson and Pamela Coustette.
Graveside services were held at Santa Rosa Memorial Park. Contributions may be mad in her memory to Memorial Hospice, 821 Mendocino Ave. Santa Rose, CA 95401.
