Sally Anne Elizabeth Sawyer (McDonald/Bravo), who was born in
Hollister, passed away on Feb. 16 at the age of 61 at her home in
Manhattan Beach.
Sally Anne Elizabeth Sawyer (McDonald/Bravo), who was born in Hollister, passed away on Feb. 16 at the age of 61 at her home in Manhattan Beach.

She is survived by her beloved husband Robert W. Sawyer; her three children Scott McDonald, Kelly McGuire and Ari Sawyer; her father Sal Bravo; stepmother Carolyn Bravo; her sister Patty and husband David Wright; brothers Donald and wife Michelle Bravo, and Reggie and wife Lydia Bravo; stepsisters Penny and husband Mark Pillman, and Chris Whitehurst; stepbrother Josh Bravo; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is also survived by the three loves and joy of her life, her grandchildren, Sean Patrick McGurie, Joseph Robert Stevens and Amanda Lynn Stevens. She was preceded in death by her mother Angie Bravo and sister Linda Dunn. She leaves many other family members and friends who will miss her beautiful smile and the wonderful meals she cooked with love.

She had a passion and joy for cooking and entertaining her family and friends. The world as we know it, will be a lot more hungry with her gone. She is loved and will be missed by many.

There will be no services planned, but a celebration of her life will be held at her home at 2pm on Saturday, Feb. 26.
