All of the votes in San Benito County have finally been counted following the Nov. 6 election.

The County has released a final report on the election which is available atĀ www.sbcvote.us.

In a press release the county registrar of voters said the jurisdictions will be contacted when official oaths of office are ready. The elections office is processing the Statement of Vote, which will be finalized to present for adoption at the Board of Supervisors meeting on Tuesday Dec. 11.

Some races remained tightly contested as the weeks wore on following the election. Despite 100 percent of precincts reporting on election night, vote-by-mail ballots and provisional ballots had to be counted and certified.Ā
