Six local students received scholarships through San Benito
County Four-H recently.
The Georgia Wapple Frazer Four-H Memorial Scholarship in the
amount of $4,000 went to Kristi Ward of the Pacheco Four-H club.
The Notre Dame High School senior is the daugher of Mike and Linda
Ward. She plans to attend Sonoma State University.
Six local students received scholarships through San Benito County Four-H recently.

The Georgia Wapple Frazer Four-H Memorial Scholarship in the amount of $4,000 went to Kristi Ward of the Pacheco Four-H club. The Notre Dame High School senior is the daugher of Mike and Linda Ward. She plans to attend Sonoma State University.

Nathalie Ferare of the Santa Ana Four-H Club won the John W. Ricotti Four-H Memorial Scholarship. A senior at San Benito High School, she is the daughter of Jaques Ferare and Rebecca Davis. She plans to attend U.C. Los Angeles next fall.

The $1,000 Four-H Memorial Scholarship went to Joey Mancino of the Pacheco Four-H Club. The San Benito High School senior is the son of George and Candace Mancino. He intends to attend California Polytechnic University at San Luis Obispo.

San Benito Four-H Council “Bank on Us” Awards, based on Four-H participation and grade point average, were awarded to Ward, Ferare, Mancino, Ryan Hatcher, Makenzi Nelson and Justin Gregory.

The recipients who attend San Benito High School were recognized by Joe Buchanan, San Benito County Program Representative, at the school’s awards ceremony on May 20.
