Kollin Kosmicki, your investigative reporter, performed a truly great service to the concerned citizens of this county.
Although no law appears to have been broken, breaches of integrity occurred. Being human as we all are, it is most difficult to accept a gift without some quid pro quo or hope to have a return favor. It appears that we have only one un-bought, undeterred, un-tethered, honest supervisor.
Supervisor Pat Loe issynonomous with integrity and provied it. She reminded your reporter that campaign finance reform was passed by the previous board and subsequently rescinded by this present board (minus her vote) apparently for reasons just reported by investigation.
