Vanessa R. Jimenez died on Oct. 4th as a result of an automobile
accident. She was born in Hollister and was 13 years old. She was a
student at Santa Ana School and had lived here all of her life.

She is survived by her father and mother, Hector Jimenez and Estella Hernandez of Hollister; her brother and sister, Hector “Chita” Jimenez II and Desiree Jimenez of Hollister, and her half-sister April Jimenez all of Hollister; her grandmother, Avelina Padilla of Hollister; and her aunts and uncles, Jose Hernandez of Hollister, Rosendo Hernandez of Hollister, Gilbert Hernandez Braddy of Redwood City, Lila Vasquez and husband Lupe Vasquez of Hollister, Steve Padilla of Hollister, Regina Padilla of Watsonville, Teresa Echavarria of Hollister, Gilbert Jimenez of Vallejo and Yolanda Jimenez of Hollister.
A Rosary and Mass will be celebrated on Friday, Oct. 8 at 7:30pm at Sacred Heart Church. Friends can meet at Black Cooper Sander Funeral Home on Friday at 7pm for a procession to the Church.
Cremation will follow the Mass with private family inurement.
