Video: San Benito supervisors talk issues absent from agenda

429

On Tuesday, San Benito County supervisors discussed two political topics at length without those items being properly listed on the meeting agenda, a possible violation of the Brown Act governing open meetings of public officials.
At this CMAP link, see video of the meeting where supervisors talked at length during “announcements” about the possible closure of Nash Road near the high school and a homeless encampment along the San Benito River bed. The portion of the meeting in question starts at about the 19-minute mark.
