West Marine has renewed the lease on its 240,000-square-foot
Hollister distribution center through 2021, with an option to
extend it by five years, according to a report on examiner.com.
The facility, with a base rent of $888,000 per year, is located
at 2395 Bert Drive, in the industrial park east of the Hollister
Airport.

West Marine is a boating supply and accessory retailer with 327 stores in 38 states, Puerto Rico, Canada and Turkey.
The company last month reported net revenues of $107.3 million for its 2010 fiscal fourth quarter – a 3.3 percent increase from a year ago.
