Can you believe it? Japan had a two-year moratorium on U.S. beef because of Mad Cow disease.

They opened up trade again and a small packer of beef in the U.S. made a honest mistake in the law. Now, Japan stopped the import of beef from the U.S. again. Where is the U.S.D.A.?

There goes one-third of the U.S.beef market.
